How do I place an order?
This web site uses a securely hosted shopping cart to enable you to add items to a virtual shopping bag, view it's contents, make adjustments to your order if necessary, use promotional codes and enter your shipping information.

When you see an item you would like to purchase, simply click the 'add to bag' link located after that item's description and it will be added to your shopping bag. You may then choose to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout.

If you choose to continue shopping, you may view your order or checkout at anytime by clicking the 'your shopping bag' link located below the dejarnette new orleans logo on every page of this web site. While in the cart you can choose your location to calculate shipping and taxes, enter a comment, and a voucher code if you have one.

When you click the 'go to payments' link in your shopping bag, you will be asked to enter your billing details - this information will be used to ship you your order. Next, you can choose how you would like to pay.

dejarnette accepts payment by visa, mastercard, american express, discovercard and paypalIf you choose to pay with your credit card, you will be asked to enter your card details. We will use the information you provide to charge your credit card and process your payment with ProPay. If you would like more information on how ProPay works, please visit the ProPay website.

If you choose to pay with your PayPal account, you will then be taken to the SSL secured PayPal website. There, you can pay with your credit card, bank account, PayPal account or by gift certificate. Confirmation of your payment will be sent from PayPal via email. PayPal may also require personal information such as your name, address, email and banking/credit card information. Please visit PayPal's privacy policy if you would like more information.

Please note: the pieces you see in the dejarnette new orleans shop are almost exclusively one of a kind creations. Even though an item may have been sold, it is not immediately taken out of stock. In the event an item you have purchased is actually not available, you will be promptly notified and your purchase of that item will be refunded.

What are your shipping policies?

dejarnette new orleans ships to addresses in the USA and Canada. Orders of our in stock items are usually filled in 1 to 7 business days of payment being received.

shipping table USA: All items will be shipped USPS priority mail which has an ESTIMATED delivery time of 2 to 3 business days. For an additional fee, you may add shipping insurance to your order.

Canada: Items are shipped USPS First Class International. For an additional fee, you may upgrade to Priority Mail International to add advanced delivery options to your order.

All orders are carefully packaged and addressed before they are sent to you. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact your local postal service as dejarnette new orleans cannot be responsible for items once they are in the postal system.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we will ship to many international destinations. For orders outsite the USA or Canada, instead of using our shopping cart, please contact us with a list of the items you would like to purchase and your shipping address. We will then send you a PayPal invoice with your total including shipping. Your payment must be received within 24 hours of our sending you this invoice.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! From that unique piece for a special occasion to the perfect gifts for your wedding party, dejarnette new orleans will work with you to create custom pieces, turning your ideas into beautiful reality.

Custom orders typically take at least three weeks from our initial discussion to delivery. All custom orders are a final sale and may not be returned. For further information, please contact customorders@dejarnettenola.com

I saw something on your site but is is no longer available. Is it still possible to order it?
The pieces you see in the dejarnette new orleans shop are almost exclusively one of a kind creations, often created from unique finds, making it difficult to recreate a piece exactly. However, Katherine will work with you to create a custom piece reminisent of the original if at all possible. For further information, please contact customorders@dejarnettenola.com

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates for use on dejarnettenola.com may be purchased on our website via PayPal. Simply visit the gift certificate page and select the denomination you would like your gift certificate to be. You will then be transferred to the PayPal website where you may make your purchase.

A few things to note about gift certificates:
- gift certificates purchased here may only be used on purchases for dejarnette new orleans products found at dejarnettenola.com
- gift certificate recipients can cancel their gift certificate within 60 days of the purchase date. The funds will be refunded to the purchaser.
- refunds on gift certificates that were purchased using a credit/debit card will have the face value credited to that credit/debit card. Refunds on gift certificates that were not purchased using a credit/debit card will be placed into the purchaser's PayPal account.
- gift certificates do not have an expiration date.
- dejarnette new orleans has the right to refuse a transaction.

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority at dejarnette new orleans and our pieces are created with the utmost care to ensure you are happy with your purchase for years to come.

If when you receive your order you find that you are not satisfied, please contact Katherine within seven days of receipt of your package to discuss an exchange or store credit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and any shipping cost you may incur returning an item to dejarnette new orleans will be your responsibility.
